Shake off the winter blues and step into spring feeling radiant! ✨

Join us for our first Kundalini Yoga class of the season , as we begin a 10-week journey through the Ten Bodies of Light.

Wednesday ’s , starting September 3rd , 7.45pm at The Kangaroo Ground Centre

Over the next ten weeks, we’ll be exploring something called the Ten Bodies of Light.

In Kundalini Yoga, we say we are much more than just a physical body—we are made up of ten different layers of energy, mind, and spirit.

Each of these bodies has a unique role: some protect us, some give us energy, some guide our intuition, and some carry our soul’s purpose.

When they are in balance, we feel whole, radiant, and at peace.

This series will take us on a journey through all ten bodies—starting with the Radiant Body, the light people feel from you, and working back to the Soul Body, the eternal spark of who you truly are.

Each week, we’ll do a kriya, relax into the healing sound of the gong, and finish with a meditation to strengthen and balance that week’s body.

Perfect way to refresh, renew, and give back your radiance this spring!

Step into spring full of light and energy! 🌸 I hope you can join me for all or some of the classes.
Let me know if you will be attending so I can set a place for you..
Blessings,Saskia 🙏🏻

The Subtle Body 🌙

About Kundalini Yoga

"The Yoga of Awareness beckons, inviting you to embrace a transformative journey. Be open to a new experience!"

Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic and transformative practice that combines physical postures, breathwork (pranayama), meditation, and chanting to awaken the dormant energy within you—known as "kundalini." This energy is believed to reside at the base of the spine and, when activated, rises through the chakras, or energy centers, to promote heightened awareness, inner clarity, and spiritual connection.

Unlike other forms of yoga that may focus primarily on physical fitness, Kundalini Yoga is deeply focused on consciousness and energy flow. The practice can include rapid, repetitive movements, specific breath techniques like Breath of Fire, and the chanting of mantras such as "Sat Nam" (meaning "truth is my identity"). These elements work together to cleanse the mind and body, balance the nervous system, and elevate your sense of self-awareness.

Practicing Kundalini Yoga regularly can bring a wide range of benefits: increased energy levels, mental clarity, emotional resilience, and a deeper sense of connection to your true self. It is often referred to as the "Yoga of Awareness" because it leads to expanded consciousness and inner transformation. Whether you’re seeking physical strength, emotional healing, or spiritual growth, Kundalini Yoga provides a powerful, holistic path to balance and self-discovery.

Mantras Chanted

In every Kundalini Yoga class, the sacred space is initiated with the chanting of the Adi Mantra: 'Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo.'

This divine invocation bows to the Creative Wisdom and the Divine Teacher within, facilitating a connection to the Golden Chain of teachers.

Another powerful mantra Mangala Charan Mantra

,also know as the Heart Protection Mantra

 "Ad Guray Nameh

Jugad Guray Nameh

Sat Guray Nameh

Siri Guru Devay Nameh"

Translation: I bow to the primal wisdom. I bow to the wisdom through the ages. I bow to the true wisdom. I bow to the great unseen wisdom.resonates with primal wisdom, guiding us through the ages and illuminating the true essence.

This Mangala Charan Mantra clears doubt, opens us to guidance, and wraps a protective light around our being.

Chanted three times at the beginning of each class, or absorbed through listening, these mantras carry a profound vibrational energy. The language may be Gurmukhi or occasionally English, their impact transcends understanding each word's meaning, as they embody qualities like peace, prosperity, and connection.

"Open to everyone, our offerings cater to individuals of varying abilities and experience levels."
