In the powerful embrace of a gong bath, you may even find yourself drifting into sleep, accompanied by the gentle symphony of snoring. We will be reluctant to awaken anyone who has fallen asleep, for it is in that state that the gongs work their magic, healing and regulating the nervous system. These sounds are the expressions of energy being released, and healing occurring – the gongs diligently doing their work. It is crucial that these sounds are not suppressed.

📍 Who Should Avoid Gong Sound Healing

While gong sound healing is generally safe and gentle, it is not recommended for the following:

• Individuals with sound-induced epilepsy 
• Those with a pacemaker or implanted medical devices 
• Pregnant women
• Those with severe mental health conditions (unless cleared by a professional) 
• Children under 12(due to sensitivity to sound  )
• If you have a hearing condition, tinnitus, or other medical concerns, please contact us beforehand to see if this experience is right for you.

For the comfort of all participants, we kindly ask that you avoid wearing strong fragrances or perfumes during Gong Sound Healing events.

Allow yourself to be fully immersed in these rich vibrations as they wash over you, guiding your mind, body, and spirit into a state of peace, clarity, and rejuvenation. This is a journey of sound and vibration designed to restore balance, elevate consciousness, and nurture your well-being.

   Arrive by 1.45 pm to give you time to settle in. Doors will be closed promptly at 2pm.
